The Indiana Fever have signed forward Marissa Coleman to a multi-year contract extension, it has been announced by President and General Manager Kelly Krauskopf. Per team policy, terms of the contract are not announced.

She already is the league’s second-leading scorer and its all-time leader in steals and free throws.

The Fever (12-9) begin a four-game road swing this Tuesday beginning with the second-place team in the East, the Washington Mystics (13-8). With the top five teams in the East separated by just three games, Indiana can force the Mystics into a third-place tie with a road win Tuesday.

Marissa Coleman scored 19 points to lead five Indiana players in double figures as the Fever routed the Atlanta Dream 106-77 on Friday night. Indiana set team records for free throws made in a game (40) and attempted (44). And also scored a team record 59 points in the second half.

The Fever (11-9) return home Friday night before embarking on four straight road games as they host Atlanta (7-13) for the first time this season on Breast Health Awareness Night presented by Community Health Network.
