Indiana Fever Anthem Assists

The Indiana Fever and Anthem have teamed up to honor champions of the community through the “Indiana Fever Anthem Assists Award ” program.
This program serves as one of the premier community outreach programs of the Indiana Fever and honors individuals throughout the State of Indiana who have made an overwhelming impact in the lives of others by advocating for equity and inclusion in education, health & wellness, female empowerment and corporate citizenship.
Anyone can nominate a student, co-worker, neighbor, friend, relative, volunteer or community leader that is making a difference through their commitment to inspiring change.
Nominations must include the nominee’s name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address, along with a short description of why this nominee is deserving of the award.
The description should include examples of the nominee’s advocacy actions, as well as any lasting contributions to their community.


Details
Winners will be chosen on an on-going basis by a selection committee, who in their sole opinion are the best of the eligible nominations submitted.
Each prize winner will receive the following:
- Indiana Fever Anthem Assists award ($58 value)
- Feature on Indiana Fever social media channel(s) selected by Fever
- Basketball signed by a member of the 2025 Indiana Fever basketball team ($55 value)
- Indiana Fever gift bag ($10 value)
- Commemorative photo ($10 value)
- Four (4) tickets to an Indiana Fever home basketball game during the 2025 WNBA season (game awarded to be determined by Fever in its sole discretion) ($50/ticket value; $200 total value), and attendance at such game will include the following additional prize elements:
- In-Game Recognition
Total retail value of each prize package is $333. Total retail value of all prizes combined is $1,998.

The Indiana Fever Anthem Assists Contest is open to legal residents of Indiana who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry/nomination. Employees and immediate families of employees (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Anthem, Fever, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, members, employees and agents are not able to enter, nominate or win.
