• During part of possibly their finest three-game offensive stretch this season, the Fever put together huge offensive outputs in the second half of all three road games on their recent West Coast road trip. Indiana scored at least 49 points and shot at least 63 percent from the field after halftime in all three road games. The Fever have shot a combined 67.7 percent (63-93) and 14-for-21 from three-point range in those three halves of basketball.

• The Fever shot a season-best 58.1 percent from the field in Sunday’s win while dropping in a season-high 11 three-point field goals. The Fever also recorded 24 assists on 36 field goals in the win.

• Shenise Johnson led the way in Indiana’s win at Seattle with a season-high 18 points as she sank a career-high five three-pointers.

• Devereaux Peters scored in double figures with 12 points on 6-for-7 shooting off the bench in Sunday’s win. She had gone 11 games without scoring in double figures before Sunday’s game, but has still shot the ball well. She has hit at least three field goals in each of the past seven games and is shooting 59.6 percent from the field over that span.

• Tiffany Mitchell scored in double figures in all three games during Indiana’s most recent road trip. She averaged 14.3 points per game and shot 54.2 percent from the field and a perfect 12-for-12 from the free throw line over the three games.

• Standing with a 5-14 record this season, the Sun saw a two-game winning streak come to a close as their second half rally came up just shot in Connecticut’s 63-67 home loss to Atlanta Sunday afternoon.

• The Sun feature two Indianapolis-area products, Alex Bentley and Kelly Faris. Bentley, who attended Ben Davis High School and Penn State, leads Connecticut in scoring with an average of 14.5 points to go with 2.5 assists per game. Faris, the Heritage Christian High School and University of Connecticut product, has appeared in 18 games off the bench for an average of 2.4 points and 1.1 rebounds per game.
