- The Indiana Fever earned their fifth consecutive trip to the Eastern Conference Finals, tying the WNBA record, by rallying with consecutive victories over the Chicago Sky after losing Game 1 of their first round matchup.
- The Fever earned a historic win and set a franchise record by shooting 58 percent from the floor in a 100-89 road victory in Chicago for Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals on Monday night.
- Indiana and Chicago’s Game 3 proved to be an instant classic while setting the following records:
– Indiana reached the 100-point mark in a playoff game for only the third time in franchise history.
– The Fever set a postseason franchise record by shooting 57.8 percent from the field, and the two teams’ combined percentage (.575) set a WNBA record for a playoff game.
– Marissa Coleman tied the Fever franchise record with five three-point field goals.
– Indiana’s 24 assists set a new franchise playoff record, while the Fever and Sky combined for 49 assists, 3rd in WNBA playoffs history.
– The Fever tied the franchise record for fewest turnovers in a game with six, while the two teams combined for just 15 turnovers, the second-fewest in WNBA playoffs history.
– Shenise Johnson (22) and Erlana Larkins (18) both recorded career playoff scoring highs.
– Briann January dished out a career playoff high eight assists with zero turnovers in 34 minutes.
– All five Fever starters scored in double figures for the first time this season.
– The Fever survived 40 points from Chicago forward and WNBA MVP Elena Delle Donne, the third-highest scoring total in WNBA playoffs history.
– Sky guard Courtney Vandersloot recorded 14 assists, a new WNBA playoff record. - With back-to-back victories over Chicago in Games 2 and 3, the Fever have now won six of their past eight playoff elimination games. Overall, Indiana is 13-9 all-time in elimination contests, including a 9-2 record at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
- In Game 3 against Chicago, Tamika Catchings became the WNBA’s career leader in postseason minutes played and the first player in league history to score 1,000 points in the playoffs. Including all three games against Chicago, she has now scored 20 or more points in 24 career playoff games.
- Erlana Larkins has recorded 10 or more rebounds in 15 of her 21 career playoff games with the Fever, including 11 of the last 14 games. She ranks fourth all time in WNBA postseason history with a career average of 9.3 rebounds per game. Most importantly: Indiana is 15-6 in the playoffs with Larkins in the starting lineup, including a 2-0 mark this postseason.
- The Fever will move on to face the top-seeded New York Liberty in the Eastern Conference Finals. The Liberty, who also rallied from a 0-1 series deficit, closed out their series against the Washington Mystics with a 79-74 home victory on Tuesday night.
- Indiana won the final four matchups against New York this season to take the regular season series, 4-1.

The Fever finished the regular season 4-1 against the Liberty, including three victories at home. Indiana won each of the last four matchups this season, including an 80-63 victory at Madison Square Garden on June 19. New York has lost seven consecutive road games to the Fever dating back to the 2013 regular season. The Fever and Liberty have met four times in the postseason prior to this season with each team splitting a 2-2 record in those series. The last time these two teams met in the playoffs, Indiana earned a 72-62 victory in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals to escape the first round.
