  • Indiana is 6-5 against the Wings since the organization moved to Dallas for the 2016 season. The Fever lead the all-time series between the franchises 33-26.
  • In the last meeting between these teams back on June 13, Candice Dupree’s game-high 20 points helped give Indiana a 76-72 victory in Dallas. Natalie Achonwa, Kelsey Mitchell and Erica Wheeler also finished in double figures.
  • Achonwa has double-doubles in both games against the Wings this season. She posted 17 points and 11 rebounds on in the first contest and recorded 11 points and 10 rebounds in the second.
  • Since entering the starting lineup six games ago, Teaira McCowan is the only player in the WNBA to average a double-double (11.6 points and 11.0 rebounds).
  • Candice Dupree reached the 20-point mark for the third time in 2019 on Saturday. She joins Kelsey Mitchell as the only Fever players with at least three 20-point performances.
  • Kelsey Mitchell (5-of-7) tied a career-high with five 3-pointers. It was the fifth time this season Mitchell’s knocked down at least four shots from beyond the arc.
  • Mitchell (104) also hit the 100th 3-pointer of her career and passed Jeanette Pohlen-Mavunga (103) for 10th in Fever history. She is three 3-pointers away from passing Shavonte Zellous (106) at No. 9 and four away from Rita Williams (107) for eighth.
  • Erica Wheeler contributed 19 points and led the team with eight assists. Wheeler has recorded at least four assists in 11 of Indiana’s 14 games. With her four 3-pointers, Wheeler (111) broke a tie with Rita Williams (107) for seventh in Fever history.
  • The Fever’s 13 3-pointers were the most the team hit in a game since hitting 14 on Sept. 1, 2016 against New York. Kelsey Mitchell (five), Erica Wheeler (four) and Betnijah Laney (three) accounted for 12 of them.
  • Laney set a new career-high with three 3-pointers. She has eight makes from deep this season after coming into 2019 with one for her career.
  • Indiana dished 30 assists as a team, setting a new franchise record. Erica Wheeler, Candice Dupree and Tiffany Mitchell all had at least five.
  • With a win over Dallas, the Fever would match their overall and road win totals from the entire 2018 season. It would also be Indiana’s fourth straight victory against the Wings.
