Indiana Fever forward Lauren Cox looks back on her days at Baylor, including their 2019 national championship run. Plus, her newest March tourney memory with her younger sister Whitney Cox, a sophomore at Lubbock Christian.

Fully renovated, the new Indiana Fever locker room includes new coaches’ offices, conference rooms and an upgraded training room. In addition to the locker room, the Fever also revealed their new Salesforce Court, which the team will practice on during the season and use for offseason training as well.

The first draft pick by the Indiana Fever in the Marianne Stanley era was three-time All-American, Lauren Cox. Cox made her WNBA debut against the Los Angeles Sparks on August 5 and played in the next 13 games.

At 22 years old, Lauren Cox already has an impressive athletic resume that includes an NCAA Championship (2019) and a Big 12 Player of the Year Award, which she won her in her senior year at Baylor University. On April 17th, 2020, Cox made history when she was drafted third overall by the Indiana Fever in the 2020 WNBA draft, making her the first ever professional women's basketball player with Type 1 diabetes.

This year, graduation ceremonies across the country looked a lot different, with many schools going virtual for the first time due to the Coronavirus crisis. From parades down their childhood neighborhoods to Zoom parties, graduating seniors found ways to celebrate from home, and the 2020 Indiana Fever rookie class was no different.
