Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest OFFICIAL RULES
Promoter/Sponsor of this Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest is Fever Basketball, LLC d/b/a Indiana Fever (“Fever”), with an address of 125 S. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46204 and Co-Sponsor is Old National Bancorp (“Old National Bank”), with and address of One Main Street, PO Box 718, Evansville, IN 47705. All entrants/nominators and nominees agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest Official Rules as well as by all interpretations of these Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest Official Rules by Fever and by all other decisions of Fever, including resolution of disputes in connection with this contest, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase necessary by entrants/nominators to enter or nominees to win a prize. A purchase will not improve the nominee’s chances of winning.
ELIGIBILITY
The Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest is open to legal residents of Indiana who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry/nomination. Employees and immediate families of employees (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Old National Bank, Fever, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, members, employees and agents are not able to enter, nominate or win.
A nominee can be any small business owner (each a “Small Business Owner”) who, at the time of entry/nomination, (1) is a legal resident of Indiana, (2) is at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry/nomination and (3) owns a for profit business duly authorized to conduct business in the State of Indiana which (a) is located and physically operates primarily in the State of Indiana, (b) is not a competitor of Old National Bank or any other sponsor of the Indiana Fever, (c) has been in due operation for at least one (1) year immediately preceding the time of entry/nomination, (d) earned a gross revenue of $5,000,000 or less in the business’s most recent full fiscal year, (e) is not a religious institution, educational institution, government entity, or political organization, (f) does not operate in the alcohol, tobacco, gambling, adult entertainment, weapons, cannabis, payday or title lending, cryptocurrency trading, or multi-level marketing industries, and/or any other industry regulated by applicable law (e.g., controlled substances) and (g) has five hundred (500) or fewer full-time employees. A “competitor” of Old National Bank means any financial institution, including banks or credit unions, that offers retail or commercial banking services within the State of Indiana. A “sponsor of the Indiana Fever” means any business, entity or person that has a current sponsorship, advertising, promotional, partnership, broadcast or similar arrangement with Fever, as determined by Fever in its sole discretion.
ENTRY PERIOD
The Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest begins on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 08:00 AM Indianapolis time and ends on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 05:00 PM Indianapolis time (the “Entry Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, entrants/nominators can nominate a Small Business Owner by going to feverbasketball.com/smallbusinessassist and following the entry instructions to complete the nomination form (be sure to include all required information, including e-mail address and phone number of nominee), which includes answering the question prompt on the nomination form asking, “Why does the nominee deserve to win the Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest?” Your answer should include specific examples of how the Contest Criteria identified in the “Winner Selection” Section below are met and clearly demonstrate why the nominee should be selected as the Winner. (300 word limit). It is the sole responsibility of the entrant/nominator to secure the permission of the nominee PRIOR TO entering the Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest (and, in conjunction therewith, entrants/nominators should make nominees aware of these Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest Official Rules).Responses to the question prompt will not be returned to the entrant/nominator and become the property of Fever and Old National Bank. All entrants/nominators must accurately complete all required fields or entry will be deemed invalid. In order to participate you will need Internet access and a valid email address. Entry limit does not prevent (a) the same individual from being identified as the nominee by multiple entrants/nominators or (b) the same individual being both an entrant/nominator and a nominee. All entries must be received by Fever by 05:00 PM Indianapolis time on or before the applicable Finalist Selection Date set forth below. If entering via mobile device, wireless Internet access and/or other fees may apply. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding your pricing plan. Not all cellular phone providers carry necessary service to enter via mobile device. Wireless Internet access is not available in all areas.
In submitting an entry/nomination, entrant/nominator represents and warrants that, to the best of his/her knowledge and belief, the content of his/her entry/nomination is truthful and accurate.
The entry/nomination must NOT, in the sole discretion of Fever/Old National Bank, (i) contain language that violates or infringes upon another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, trademark or copyright infringement); (ii) contain language that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, profane, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, controversial or libelous; (iii) contain language that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; (iv) contain language that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to applicable laws or regulations; or (v) reference persons conducting themselves in an inappropriate manner.
The entry/nomination must not disparage any person or community (including but not limited to Fever and/or Old National Bank) and must be in good taste and Fever/Old National Bank may use its sole discretion to disqualify entries/nominations that do not comply. For the avoidance of doubt, pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence, Fever/Old National Bank may disqualify any entry/nomination of a Small Business Owner whose business which is the subject of the entry/nomination operates in the alcohol, tobacco, gambling, adult entertainment, weapons, cannabis, payday or title lending, cryptocurrency trading, or multi-level marketing industries, and/or any other industry regulated by applicable law (e.g., controlled substances). Fever/Old National Bank may disqualify entries or nominees whose business activities are illegal or pose a material and demonstrable reputational risk to Fever/Old National Bank. The information included in an entry/nomination must not be confidential, proprietary or trade secret. Further, each entrant/nominator represents and warrants that his/her entry/nomination will not violate or infringe upon any rights (including but not limited to any intellectual property rights) of, or give rise to any claim by, any third party. Each entrant/nominator further represents and warrants that his/her entry/nomination is his/her original work and each entrant/nominator assigns all right, title, interest and intellectual property (including but not limited to copyright) in his/her entry/nomination to Fever and Old National Bank.
As part of the online entry/nomination submission process you may be asked if you wish to receive promotional emails from Fever and/or Old National Bank. Consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and is not required for participation in the contest.
FINALISTS AND WINNER SELECTION
On each of the Finalist Selection Dates set forth in the table below, a panel of judges from Fever and Old National Bank will select the applicable number of finalist(s) (each a “Finalist”, and, collectively, the “Finalists”) from among all eligible entries received on or before 5:00 PM Indianapolis time on each of the Finalist Selection Dates.

There will be a total of seven (7) Finalists. On or before August 28, 2026 (“Winner Selection Date”), a panel of judges from Fever and Old National Bank will select one (1) winner (the “Winner”) from among all Finalists.
Selection of Finalists from the eligible nominees and the Winner from the Finalists will be based on the following criteria (collectively, “Contest Criteria”):
- Community Engagement (i.e., How active is the nominee in the community?)
- Examples:
- Participation in local events or volunteer work
- Partnership with schools, nonprofits or neighborhood groups
- Examples:
- Empowerment of Others (i.e., How has the nominee helped to empower and uplift individuals or groups?)
- Examples:
- Mentorship of other entrepreneurs
- Hosting of workshops or educational events
- Examples:
- Business Impact on the Community (i.e., How have the nominee’s work-related accomplishments benefitted the broader community?)
- Examples:
- Job creationProvision of essential services or products
- Innovation to solve local problems
- Examples:
- Potential Impact of Winning the Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest (i.e., How could winning the Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest help the nominee’s business grow?)
Decisions are based solely on the Contest Criteria. In the unlikely event of a tie, additional judges from Fever and/or Old National Bank will review the tied entries pursuant to the criteria noted above so as to determine the Finalists or the Winner, as applicable. For the avoidance of doubt, the Finalists and/or the Winner is the nominee, not the entrant/nominator. Non-winning entries eligible for one Finalist Selection Date will remain eligible for subsequent Finalist Selection Dates throughout the Entry Period. Non-winning entries eligible for the Winner Selection Date will not receive any prize other than the Minor Prize awarded to each of the Finalists. The Finalists will be contacted by a Fever representative by email or phone within five (5) business days of the applicable Finalist Selection Date. In the event a Finalist cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial email or phone notification or declines the Minor Prize (including, for the avoidance of doubt and without limitation, if the Finalist is unable to be present for the production of the Video Feature (defined below) on the date and for the entire period of time designated by Fever for production of the Video Feature at Finalist’s business), another Finalist may be selected from the remaining eligible entries received for the applicable Finalist Selection Date based on the criteria noted above. The Winner will be announced by Sponsor during the Indiana Fever home basketball game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana on September 22, 2026. In order to receive the Grand Prize, the Winner is required to be physically present at the game. If the Winner cannot attend due to circumstances beyond their control, Fever/Old National Bank may, in their discretion, permit remote acceptance and arrange delivery of the Grand Prize and the Winner may designate a representative to attend the game for on-court recognition. The Winner’s participation in an on-court award ceremony at such game shall be limited to one (1) executive-level representative of Winner, specifically the Chief Executive Officer, Founder, or a member of the Winner’s senior leadership team.
It is the sole responsibility of the entrant/nominator to notify the Fever if his or her contact information and/or e-mail address changes or the contact information and/or email address of the nominee changes. To do so, send an e-mail to jhernandez@pacers.com with the applicable new contact information. Fever, Old National Bank, Pacers Basketball, LLC, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respectivedirectors, officers, owners, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, sponsors, licensees, successors, assigns and agents are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Fever/Old National Bank and will not be returned. Entries will not be used to determine eligibility for credit, lending, account opening, or any financial products or services from Old National Bank.
Entrants/nominators whose nominees have been selected as a Finalist may (in the sole discretion of Fever and Old National Bank) and each of the Finalists him/herself will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release attesting to terms and conditions as designated by Fever/Old National Bank and consistent with this contest. Each of the Finalists must also consent to the use of his/her respective likeness in order to collect a prize.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION
There will be seven (7) total nominees selected as Finalists (as detailed in the Winner Selection section above). Each Finalist will receive the following (collectively, “Minor Prize”):
- Feature on Indiana Fever social media channel(s) selected by Fever (“Video Feature”)
- Commemorative photo ($10 value)
- Two (2) tickets to the Indiana Fever home basketball game to take place at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on August 28, 2026. ($150 /ticket value; $300 total value) and attendance at such game will include the following additional prize elements:
- In-Game Recognition
The total retail value of each Minor Prize is $310. The total retail value of all Minor Prizes combined is $2,170.
In addition, one (1) of the seven (7) Finalists will be selected as the Winner (as detailed in the Winner Selection section above). The Winner will receive $5,000 (“Grand Prize”) from Old National Bank and four (4) tickets to the Indiana Fever home basketball game on September 22, 2026. ($150 /ticket value; $600 total value). Old National Bank is solely responsible for paying the Grand Prize to the Winner. Old National Bank shall pay the Grand Prize to the Winner in the form of a check made out to the Winner’s small business which is the subject of the Winner’s nomination. The total retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,600.
The total retail value of all prizes (i.e., all seven (7) Minor Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize) combined is $7,770.
The prizes are non-transferable to any other persons, including relatives or friends. The names of the nominees selected as Finalists and the Winner can be obtained by writing to “Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest” c/o Indiana Fever, 125 S. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. All requests for the list of Finalists and Winner must be postmarked by August 10, 2026 and received by August 21, 2026. By accepting the prize, each Finalist and the Winner consents to the sharing of this information per these Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest Official Rules.
As applicable, each Finalist, the Winner and their respective guest(s) must agree to comply with all WNBA venue rules and regulations relating to the use of WNBA tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize or prize element.
TAXES
By accepting the prizes awarded, each Finalist and the Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the contest (including but not limited to travel to/from an Indiana Fever game), unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at Fever’s/Old National Bank’s option for a prize of comparable or greater value. Fever/Old National Bank does not provide tax, legal or financial advice in connection with the Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest. Finalists and Winner are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of the prize(s). Fever/Old National Bank may issue an IRS Form 1099 (or other applicable tax reporting form) to the winner for the value of the prize(s), as required by law.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
By entering (or being nominated by an entrant/nominator), each entrant/nominator and/or nominee agrees to follow the Indiana Fever Small Business Assist Program Contest Official Rules and forever releases, discharges, and waives any and all claims, liabilities and actions of any kind, howsoever caused or arising and whether by negligence, any intentional act or otherwise, that entrant/nominator and/or nominee may have or that may arise against Fever, Old National Bank, Meta, Instagram, X, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respectivedirectors, officers, owners, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, sponsors, licensees, successors, assigns and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s, nominator’s and/or nominee’s participation in the contest; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizing) awarded in the contest. By entering (or being nominated by an entrant/nominator), each entrant/nominator and/or nominee further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties and their insurers against any and all damages, costs, judgments, and/or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and/or other legal fees) they may incur as a result of claims made against them in connection with either (i) entrant’s/nominator’s and/or nominee’s participation in the contest; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizing) awarded in the contest.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Except where prohibited by law, in consideration for being permitted to participate in this contest (and, in the case of the Finalists and the Winner, in consideration for being awarded the prize), each entrant/nominator, nominee and winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of the entrant’s/nominator’s, nominee’s and/or winner’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, performance, personal statements and/or biographical information in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Old National Bank, Fever, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, agents, licensees, successors and assigns. Entrants/nominators, nominees and winners further agree to sign any necessary documents confirming such grant of rights without compensation upon request.
CONTEST CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION OR MODIFICATION
Fever reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest and/or change dates or prizes (to a prize of equal or greater value) relating to the promotion in case of schedule changes, acts of God, force majeure events, public health crises, computer viruses, bugs, corruption or unfairness of the security or administration of the contest, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of Fever.
PRIVACY POLICY
The information you provide in connection with this contest is subject to the Pacers Family Privacy Policy (https://www.gainbridgefieldhouse.com/home/privacy-policy) and the NBA Privacy Policy (https://www.nba.com/privacy-policy). Information submitted in connection with this Contest is collected by Fever and may be shared with Old National Bank for purposes of Contest administration, and/or, if the entrant/nominator so consents by checking the applicable checkbox on the entry/nomination form, Old National Bank’s own marketing and promotion. Such information will not be used to determine eligibility for credit, lending, account opening, or any financial products or services from Old National Bank. The use of such information by Fever is subject to the Pacers Family Privacy Policy and NBA Privacy Policy stated above, and the use of such information by Old National Bank is subject to Old National Bank’s privacy disclosures, as applicable (https://www.oldnational.com/privacy/).
