On Sunday, June 14, during their game against the Chicago Sky, the Fever will pay tribute to Lauren Hill, who touched millions of lives worldwide within the past two years during her fight with brain cancer. Hill’s family, from Greendale, Ind., will be in attendance and The Cure Starts Now Foundation will be the beneficiary of donations from the Be YOUnique Fund of the Pacers Foundation, the Indiana Fever and fans. Tipoff is 1:00 p.m. Fever President and GM Kelly Krauskopf, Head Coach Stephanie White and star forward Tamika Catchings will welcome Lauren’s family as honorary team captains for the day, as part of a pregame presentation.
