INDIANAPOLIS – Veteran center Kayla Alexander has been waived by the Indiana Fever, it was announced today by Head Coach and General Manager Pokey Chatman.
A six-year veteran between stays in San Antonio and Indiana, Alexander averaged 2.7 points and 2.2 rebounds in 30 appearances with the Fever last season. Indiana’s training camp roster has been trimmed to its final 12 players heading into Friday’s season opener at New York.
