Fever and Aces Meet On Tuesday Night

The Indiana Fever take on the Las Vegas Aces for the first of two regular season meetings on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Las Vegas comes into Tuesday night on a league-best four-game winning streak, including a 78-76 win against New York on Sunday night.

Aces forward A’ja Wilson was named WNBA Western Conference Player of the Week today for the fourth time in her career. She averaged 25.7 points and 8.0 rebounds while connecting on 60.0 percent of her shots from the field, and 82.1 percent from the free throw line. She also chipped in 1.7 blocks per game.

Fever guard Kelsey Mitchell, who enters Tuesday as the third leading scorer in the WNBA, is averaging 22.8 points per content in her last four games. Mitchell tallied a season-high 29 points on Sunday night against Washington in a 91-84 win.

The Aces will not look for much offense beyond the arc on Tuesday night. Las Vegas comes into Tuesday last in the WNBA with only 25 made 3-point field goals this season.
