INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Fever announced guards Jessica January and Kamiah Smalls were released by the team today.
January was signed by the team on March 19. She averaged 14.8 points, 6.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game this season with Piestanske Cajky (Slovakia).
Smalls was drafted with the No. 28 pick in the 2020 WNBA Draft on April 17 out of James Madison University. She was the fourth player from JMU in program history to be drafted into the WNBA.
