Pacers Sports & Entertainment and Salesforce Announce Continued Partnership

INDIANAPOLIS – Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) and Salesforce, two of downtown Indy’s most visible and recognizable companies, announced today an agreement to continue the partnership they tipped off nearly six years ago.

Since 2018, Salesforce and PS&E have joined forces to personalize the fan experience. Leveraging Salesforce products, including Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft, PS&E seamlessly connects with fans across all touchpoints, including email marketing communications, social media engagement, digital advertising and customer service.

Additionally, Salesforce became jersey sponsor of the Indiana Fever in 2019, and the company will remain prominently displayed on the Fever jerseys under the team logo during the 2024 season. The agreement also ensures PS&E and Salesforce can continue to partner on important initiatives like the Fever Pride Night, while Salesforce will maintain in-arena signage and naming rights of the Indiana Fever practice court inside Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

“Salesforce is known world-wide for both their innovative technologies and the impact they strive to have in their communities,” said Rick Fuson, PS&E CEO. “We’re proud to have a partner with the same values and passion that can help us connect with our fans more effectively than ever.”

“We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with PS&E and the community of Indianapolis,” said Marla Thompson, Salesforce Indianapolis Site Leader. “Together and with the power of AI, we’re creating a more customized and connected experience for Pacers and Fever fans worldwide.”
