After a record-setting performance to deliver the first win of the 2020 regular season, the Indiana Fever return to action on Friday night for an 8 p.m. tip against the Dallas Wings. The two teams will conclude the two-game regular-season series this season on Saturday, Aug. 29.
Indiana will look to build off its 106 points scored against Phoenix on Wednesday night, which was the second most points scored in a regular season game in franchise history and was the ninth time the Fever reached the 100-point plateau in a regular season game.
Guard Tiffany Mitchell set a new career-high with 24 points – 22 coming in the second half – to ensure the first win for Head Coach Marianne Stanley at the helm of the Fever.
Dallas took down the New York Liberty 93-80 Wednesday night behind 20 points from Arike Ogunbowale and four other Wings players in double-figures on the scoring line. Ogunbowale’s 20 points gave her 15 straight games of 15 points or more and 17 consecutive double-figure scoring games.
