Overview: Arguably the most impactful offseason signing via free agency by the Indiana Fever, Danielle Robinson stepped into a much-needed starting role in her first season with Indiana. The 5-foot-9 guard started every game played this year, but missed the last eight games of the season after suffering a right ankle injury against the Las Vegas Aces on August 28. Despite missing the last eight games, Robinson still finished the year with the second most assists on the team. When the 2022 regular season begins, Robinson will start with 1,257 career assists for 18th most all-time and currently trails Katie Smith in 17th with 1,258. Robinson also led the team in charges taken this year with 23.
