How can I obtain an autographed item for my organization’s auction or raffle?
All donation requests for autographed items must be submitted through our online request form at least six weeks prior to the event. Click here for the Fever Donation Request Form. Click here for the Pacers Donation Request From. Please note, only non-profit organizations are eligible for a donation.
How can I obtain a monetary donation for my organization’s event?
Requests for monetary donations from the Fever and Pacers (such as golf outing, sponsorships, table sponsorships, etc.) should be submitted to the following:

How far in advance should I submit my request?
Due to the volume of requests received, all donation requests must be received at least six weeks prior to the date of your event.
If I send a basketball or jersey to be autographed, can you have it signed by the team or a player?
Team autograph sessions, which are closed to the public, are held once a month during the Fever and Pacers’ season. Only basketballs or jerseys pre-arranged to be autographed will be accepted. Due to the volume of requests received, only non-profit organizations will be considered.
Can I receive more than one item for my event?
In order to fulfill as many requests as possible, only one item will be provided per organization, per season. Please note, only non-profit organizations are eligible for a donation.
I live outside of Indiana. Can my organization still receive a donation?
Only non-profit organizations within the State of Indiana are eligible to receive a donation.
How can I request a player appearance at my event/school?
How can my group receive donated tickets?
Through generous donations from our players, season ticket holders and organizations within the community, the Fever and Pacers have a limited number of donated group tickets available for each home game. If your non-profit organization is interested in participating in the Fever Community Ticket Program you must fill out the Community Ticket Program form each season. Click here to be directed to the Community Ticket Program page. Please visit Pacers.com for the Pacers Pals Program. Only non-profit organizations are eligible for a group ticket donation.
How can I send a letter to my favorite Fever or Pacers player/coach?
Fan letters can be addressed to specific Fever/Pacers players and/or coaches and mailed to:

How can I receive a free Pacers or Fever Fan Pack?

How can I find out if a player will be making an appearance open to the public near me?
All public player appearances are posted on either FeverBasketball.com or Pacers.com. In addition, during the season, all public appearances are mentioned during all Fever and Pacers TV and Pacers radio broadcasts.
Can I get shoes donated to me?
The Fever have a limited number of shoes from Fever players that may be donated to underprivileged individuals. To request a pair of shoes, please contact Roberta Courtright at email@example.com. The Pacers have a very limited number of shoes that are sizes 15-18 that may be donated to underprivileged individuals. To request a pair of shoes, please contact Richard Smith at (317) 917-2826.
How do I request an appearance or autograph from a former Fever or Pacers player?
