The Indiana Fever players announced today the #FEVER4CHANGE initiative for the 2020 WNBA season, a way to use their platform to financially support local non-profit organizations working toward social justice.
Through the #FEVER4CHANGE initiative, the Fever will be focused this season on raising much-needed funds to benefit various organizations throughout the city committed to fighting for social justice.
The initiative will provide two channels to raise support:
REBOUNDS4CHANGE |
![]() Fever players are challenging fans to show their support for social justice by pledging a financial contribution for each rebound the team pulls down this season. Fans can make their donations at any time. |
|
SNEAKER AUCTION |
![]() Each Fever player will wear a unique, custom sneaker over the course of the 2020 season. The sneakers will then be auctioned at the end of the season to raise support for Fever4Change grantees. |
In an effort to raise funds, we’re using Pledge It for our Rebounds4Change campaign, and mobile bidding platform QTEGO to host our online sneaker auction.
