Commissary is a full-service coffee bar and barber shop located on the cultural trail in downtown Indianapolis. They feature a wide array of modern barber services for men and children. Their licensed barbers are trained to groom any type of hair texture and specialize in providing straight razor shaves and beard trims.
Their coffee shop boasts a full espresso bar, pour over bar for coffee and tea, beer, wine and local offerings. Additionally their coffee bar features locally roasted beans brewed into a variety of traditional and seasonal menu options.
Make It Classy
Make It Classy was born based on a demand of women who desired cleaner beauty products. It began as online, and in-person DIY beauty classes taught by Victoria Smith of ClassyCurlies.com. She has been in the natural beauty industry for over a decade.
Kim’s Kakery, Bakery & Cafe
Kim’s Kakery, Bakery and Café has been in business since January of 2010. It is an expanding small business founded on moist cake, homemade buttercream, catering to customer needs and embodying vigilantly excellent customer service. The business square footage had doubled three times at its old location at 5401 Madison Avenue before moving to the current building across the street at 5452 Madison Avenue with a newly customized interior and café seating. Kim’s is the only full-service bakery in Indianapolis that does wedding cakes, fully custom cakes, breads, pastries and lunch full-time.

Homespun: Modern Handmade is a boutique, gallery and workshop devoted to contemporary handmade goods. They are located on the east end of Mass Ave in downtown Indianapolis, IN, where they sell the work of more than 300 artists, crafters and makers from across the U.S. and Canada. Their products range from jewelry to bath & body products, artisanal foods to stationery, prints to 3D art, housewares to apparel and more.
Founded in July, 2010, Homespun is an outgrowth of the INDIEana Handicraft Exchange, central Indiana’s first contemporary craft fair.
OVA Brands is a Beauty Esthetics Salon specializing in Eye Lash Extensions, various forms of Permanent Makeup, Regular Makeup, Training Courses, and Small Events!
More specifically, in the Permanent Makeup realm, they specialize in Eyebrow Microblading, Eyebrow Microshading, and Lip Blushing. Their training courses consist of Combination Classic and Volume Eyelash Extension Courses, Microblading Courses, and Makeup Courses.
Their event space located in our Downtown Location, is for parties of 10 to 20. They have seen the place been used for bridal parties, day of bridal suites, photoshoots, trainings, etc.
Power P Bounce
Precious Jones, more affectionately known as POWER P, is a force within her own right. She is a woman who wears many hats. She is a God-fearing woman, a wife, a mother of three, a police officer, and a social worker both by heart and master’s degree.
In 2019, with her unlimited tenacity Precious unleashed herself in the world of bounce as POWER P. She decided to take on the title of game changer in the world of Kangoo by becoming a licensed instructor in both Kangoo Dance and Kangoo Discovery for youth! She was excited to introduce and become the first licensed Kangoo Discovery Instructor in Indiana.

Tea’s Me Cafe specializes in providing the best loose leaf tea sourced from all over the world.
Tamika Catchings, 4x Olympic Gold Medalist, Hall of Famer, and founder of the Catch the Stars Foundation, purchased Tea’s Me Cafe in 2017, when she found out the original owners were planning to close down the business. A Community advocate, the goal of the Cafe is to not only serve the community food & beverages, but also to provide add programming and events.
