Commissary

Commissary is a full-service coffee bar and barber shop located on the cultural trail in downtown Indianapolis. They feature a wide array of modern barber services for men and children. Their licensed barbers are trained to groom any type of hair texture and specialize in providing straight razor shaves and beard trims.

Their coffee shop boasts a full espresso bar, pour over bar for coffee and tea, beer, wine and local offerings. Additionally their coffee bar features locally roasted beans brewed into a variety of traditional and seasonal menu options.


Make It Classy

Make It Classy was born based on a demand of women who desired cleaner beauty products. It began as online, and in-person DIY beauty classes taught by Victoria Smith of ClassyCurlies.com. She has been in the natural beauty industry for over a decade.


Kim’s Kakery, Bakery & Cafe

Kim’s Kakery, Bakery and Café has been in business since January of 2010. It is an expanding small business founded on moist cake, homemade buttercream, catering to customer needs and embodying vigilantly excellent customer service. The business square footage had doubled three times at its old location at 5401 Madison Avenue before moving to the current building across the street at 5452 Madison Avenue with a newly customized interior and café seating. Kim’s is the only full-service bakery in Indianapolis that does wedding cakes, fully custom cakes, breads, pastries and lunch full-time.

Homespun: Modern Handmade is a boutique, gallery and workshop devoted to contemporary handmade goods. They are located on the east end of Mass Ave in downtown Indianapolis, IN, where they sell the work of more than 300 artists, crafters and makers from across the U.S. and Canada. Their products range from jewelry to bath & body products, artisanal foods to stationery, prints to 3D art, housewares to apparel and more.

Founded in July, 2010, Homespun is an outgrowth of the INDIEana Handicraft Exchange, central Indiana’s first contemporary craft fair.
