Stats: Lynetta Kizer had the best offensive season of her WNBA career this season, setting career-highs in points per game (9.6) and field goal percentage (55.6). She played in 33 games (12 starts) and also averaged 3.2 rebounds per game and shot 80 percent from the free throw line.
Notable Performances:
July 21 at New York: Fittingly, Kizer set four career highs during her career year, including scoring 21 points in a road win over the New York Liberty. She shot a blistering 10-of-14 from the field and added four rebounds in a game that capped off a run of six straight games scoring in double-figures.
July 13 vs. Connecticut: Kizer was a bright spot in a Fever home loss to the Connecticut Sun on July 13. She had her best shooting performance of the season, hitting 9-of-11 from the field, mostly showing off her mid-range game.
June 1 vs. Seattle: The only other time Kizer reached the 20-point mark was in a June 1 Fever win over the Seattle Storm at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. She connected on 8-of-13 shots and hit all four of her free throw attempts to go along with four rebounds.
