Fever Sign Macaulay and McKinney To Training Camp Contracts

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Fever have announced the signing of free agent post players Victoria Macaulay and Shanece McKinney to training camp contracts.

Macaulay is a 6-4 power forward who appeared briefly in Indiana’s training camp in 2014. A 2013 graduate of Temple, she was waived by Indiana and has played overseas in Italy, France and Poland since that time. She broke training camp with the Chicago Sky in 2015, but was waived after four regular season games. Currently playing in Nice, France, Macaulay averages 16.0 points and 8.6 rebounds per game in the French League.

McKinney is a 6-4 center/forward who appeared in 24 games with New York in 2014. An undrafted free agent who played four seasons at LSU, McKinney made the Liberty roster out of training camp and proceeded to average 1.8 points and 1.6 rebounds per game as a WNBA rookie. She was waived in the Liberty’s training camp in 2015, and waived in Chicago’s training camp in 2016. She has previously played in Turkey and France, and has split her 2016-17 winter season between Romania and South Korea. McKinney currently averages 11.5 points and 3.2 rebounds per game with the Samsung Life Blue Minx.
