Stats: Natalie Achonwa appeared in all 34 of Indiana’s games this season, starting 17 and played a career high 18.3 minutes per game. She averaged 7.1 points and 3.7 rebounds (career high) per game, while shooting 55.7 percent from the floor and 76.3 percent from the free-throw line.

Notable Performances:

June 9 vs. Seattle: Playing 30 minutes off the bench, Achonwa scored what would then be a career high 17 points in an 83-80 win over the Seattle Storm. She shot 7-of-10 from the floor and a 3-of-4 from the free-throw line. Achonwa also contributed three rebounds and two steals.

July 28 vs. New York: In a showdown against the Liberty, Achonwa scored a career high 19 points and grabbed seven rebounds. She made eight of her 10 shot attempts and was a perfect 3-of-3 from the charity stripe.

September 2 vs. San Antonio: In the final game of the season, Achonwa stuffed the stat sheet. She played a season high 33 minutes, shot 8-of-9 from the floor and 2-of-4 from the free-throw line to score 18 points, crashed the glass for eight rebounds and had two assists, a steal and a block.
